| With the modern economy developing rapidly and the city size expandingradically, heavy metal pollution becomes more and more serious in the wild.Toinvestigate the concentration and distribution of heavy metal in western HenanProvince and then know the situation of heavy metal pollution in this region, we tookthe method of random sampling to get the sample of soil, water, pasture, feed made ofroot crops and animal tissue from the experimental model, and measured theconcentration of heavy metal, analyzed the distribution of heavy metal on theecological chain and the distribution discipline in the soil, water and animal body tograsp distribution of heavy metal on each part of the ecological chain, which couldprovide theoretical basis for further study of heavy metal and prevention of heavymetal poisoning. The representative river water, drinking water for residents, soil, forage, feedmade of root crops and animal tissue were taken sample and processed in the lab, andthe methods of FAAS(flame atomic absorption spectrometry) and ultravioletspectrophotometry were used to determine the concentration of the following metallicelement: Pb, Cu, Cd, Zn, Mo, Mn, Fe of the sample. The results are as follows:(1) Three rivers have been seriously polluted by Pb, Mo and Mn, and especiallyMo in Luo River and Yi River should be tackled, whose concentration is more than100times higher than the national standard value(0.005mg/L). The concentration ofheavy metals near the city is pretty high, especially the concentration of Mo in LuoRiver at the midstream is obviously higher than that at the upstream anddownstream(p<0.01).(2) The concentration of Pb, Cd and Mo is relatively high in drinking water, which in few regions has exceeded the national standard limit Ⅳ; the concentration ofCu, Mn and Zn is lower than the national standard limit Ⅳ. The samples of heavymetals that are out of limits in Song Luan areas are more than other sampling areas. (3) The concentration of Mo and Cu in the sampling areas is pretty high, which ishigher than the background value of China Soil Element, and especially theconcentration of Mo is about10times higher than national standards(2.0mg/kg).Tailing Pond is the most important origin of heavy metal pollution duringmining activities.(4) By measuring the concentration of heavy metal in the forage grass and feeds, the concentration of Cd in forage grass and feeds(0.05mg/kg) is three times higherthan national standard value; the concentration of various heavy metals is significantlydifferently in different sampling spots(P<0.05),and in light of the whole background, the more are the human activities, factories and enterprises around the samplingregions, the higher is the concentration of heavy metals.(5) Within the ecological chain: Pb has the strongest correlation between theconcentration of heavy metal in domestic water and soil, and the relative coefficient is0.614;the correlation between soil and forage grass is not that strong; Cd has thestrongest correlation between soil and feeds, and the relative coefficient is0.614and0.599respectively; Cd, Mo, Cu and Zn occurs moderate correlation between Youngwheat and wheat; and Pb occurs slight correlation, and the relative coefficient is0.446,the enrichment of heavy metal between Young wheat and wheat is pretty strong.(6) About the animal model: the healthy adult goats were drenched with Mo(30mg/kg·d), the concentration of Mo in tissues is in certain proportion to that drenchedaccompanying with daily feeds. The concentration of Mo in kidney within suitabledose is in reverse proportion to intake. And its concentration in wool is pretty high, which could reflect the situation of Mo in vivo accurately and could be an index forevaluating the concentration of Mo in goat body. |
