The main components of the Vibrating Screen endure long time high-frequencyalternating loads, resulting in fatigue failure of machine parts,which seriously affect theservice life of the machine. The study on structure of vibrating dynamic has greatsignificance on reasonable design of screen box structure,avoiding structure resonanceand fatigue failure and improving the work reliability.This paper establish the system differential equation of the vibrating screen,and gotthe movement trajectory equation of the screen box center of mass。UsingPRO/ENGNEER build the three-dimensional modeling of large cold ore elliptic vibrating,And import the model into large finite element analysis software ANSYS. Using plate unitand entity unit to set up vibrating screen box finite element model,and execute the modalanalysis,harmonic response analysis and fatigue life prediction on it. Through the modalanalysis which could get first ten natural frequency and vibration mode, as a reference ofscreen box structure dynamic modification and optimization design.Through the harmonicresponse analysis which could obtain the stress distribution of stable operation state screenbox. And in the light of the main structure took the son model analysis, by which we couldimprove the accuracy of stress analysis. Through analyzing fatigue life, which could testthe reliability of the danger point and predict the fatigue life of Vibrating Screen.According to the results of analysis, the screen box sides were improved, Theimproved screen box structure in the steady-state operation frequency won’t happenstructure resonance,and its stress distribution tend to be evenly, which improve the fatigueresistance of stable condition. This research has a great significance on improving thestructure of the screen box vibrating dynamic design.
