With the continuous improvement of coal mechanization in the coal industry and the development of the national economy,the demand for coal has always occupied a major position,which has made the demand for large-scale vibrating screen screening equipment more and more in the coal preparation plant.As increased in the amount of vibrating screen,the quality of the vibrating screen will increase accordingly,which will increase the structural strength and rigidity of the screen.Therefore,in the process of increasing the size of the vibrating screen,it is easy to produce a series of problems such as screen deformation,side panel tearing,beam breakage,and etc.In order to ensure that the structural strength meets the requirements,it is necessary to develop a high-performance large-sized circular vibrating screen with large size,high reliability and high efficiency.In this paper,2DYS3075 circular vibrating screen was taken as the research object,the dynamic design is applied to the design of large vibrating screen and its key structures by using finite element analysis method and fatigue life analysis software.Using fatigue life analysis to verify the reliability of the key structures of vibrating screen,such as vibrating screen beams and side plates.At first,the paper introduces the working principle and general structure of circular vibration,using the working principle and performance characteristics of the circular vibrating screen itself to designs and selects the key kinematics and dynamic parameters of the circular vibrating screen.According to the working principle of the circular vibrating screen and the basic theory of dynamics,the mechanical model and the centroid trajectory equation of the circular vibrating screen are established.In addition,the mechanical analysis and design of the key components such as the beam and the shaft-block eccentric exciter are carried out,and then building the overall model of the circular vibrating screen by 3D modeling software.Then using ANSYS and ADAMS simulation software to comprehensively research and analyze its dynamic characteristics.Through the modal analysis,the natural frequency and natural mode of the vibrating screen are obtained,which analyzed the structure and resonance phenomenon of the vibrating screen.Harmonic response analysis was carried out to study the dynamic characteristics of the screen body and various parts of the structure,then according to the dynamic stress and deformation of the structure to get improvement structural design with reasonable dynamic stress distribution.Virtual prototype modeling and multi-body dynamicssimulation of circular vibrating screen were carried out by using ADAMS software.The accuracy and feasibility of theoretical model and parameter design were verified by simulation results.Through the ADAMS rigid-flexible coupling analysis of the sieve body,which obtained the load history curve of the beam.Combining the static analysis model results of ANSYS finite element with nCode fatigue analysis software,and selecting the material?s corrected S-N curve,then using fatigue cumulative damage theory and rain flow counting method to get fatigue life analysis of beams and side panels,which results show that the fatigue life of beams and side panels basically meets the requirements for use.
