Aluminum layer with certain thickness deposited on metal substrate (stainless steel and copper)has been prepared via an electroplating method in ionic liquid solution made up of [BMIC]-AlCl3(mole ratio=1:2). Some nanoscale or micronsized pores in the aluminum layer were fabricated witha subsequent anodization process: on one hand, prepare the corrosion cavities on the surface ofstainless steel substrate by using these micro pores as templates, remove the template layer at the end;on the other hand, use direct current electrodeposition method to get nickel deposited in the pores ofself-made anodized aluminum oxide (AAO), and remove partial AAO template to get anickel-microelectrode.In this thesis, we mainly obtained the following results: A certain thickness, dense, well adherentaluminum coating was obtained at temperature for50~55℃,1%(vol) toluene, current density for15~20mA/cm~2, plating time for40min; on this basis, some nanoscale or microsized porous formingin the aluminum coating through anodized processing; AAO template is different, prepared indifferent electrolytes: oxalic acid solution and sulfuric acid solution, AAO template formed in oxalicacid concentration of0.3mol/L, oxidation voltage of5~13V, temperature controlled at about10℃,and oxidation time for15~30min; with sulfuric acid solution as the electrolyte prepared AAOtemplate, the sulfuric acid concentration of160g/L, oxidation voltage of5~10V, temperaturecontrolled at about15℃, and oxidation time for10~15min.The corrosion cavities obtained in the metal substrate surface were different in the micro-porousdirectly fabricated by anodic oxidation in the pure aluminum plates, which was not the commonhexagon; in addition, at the same time both in the anodic oxidation in metal substrate surface formedcorrosion cavities can also remove the aluminum coating. The best technical parameter of electroplatingnickel in the self-made AAO template was: current density of70mA/cm~2, temperature for50℃, andplating time for1.5min.At last, we uses Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to observe the superficial morphologies ofaluminum coating, metal surface cavities and electroplate nickel; Energy Disperse Spectroscopy (EDS)to observe the component of aluminum coating and electroplate nikel; Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) todiscuss electrocatalysis and oxidation activites between nickel-microelectrode and nickel sheets.
