Hydrogen chloride is colorless and excitant odour of gas in ordinary temperature.The aqueous solution of hydrogen chloride (hydrochloric acid) as one of basic material"three acid two alkali", widely used in metallurgy industry, food industry, chemicalindustry and leather industry, and other fields.This paper to the Chongqing changshou chemical Co., LTD.1set of30t/dhydrogen chloride production devices as the research object, the materials balance andenergy balance are calculated in the synthesis furnace, then discusses and analyzes thedomestic four hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace operating conditions.With the four hydrogen synthesis furnace operation condition analyses, this paperputs four improvement methods.1. The hydrogen and chlorine gas composition andpressure have great influence to the stable operation of the synthesis furnace.Decompression adjustion to chlorine and pressurization to hydrogen can be improved it.2. The burner structure is very important to product quality and synthesis furnaceperformance. Through the use of test with the axis of quartz double sleeve burners, theeffect is ideal.3. Synthesis furnace structure plays an important role to furnacecorrosion and energy saving effects, In the middle of the synthesis furnace hightemperature section, use steel tube water cooling fireplace, and in the synthesis ofperiod of the top and bottom of the section steel vulnerable to corrosion, using thegraphite materials.4. Automatic control for hydrogen synthesis furnace operationcondition of the stability has the vital role. By the use of the flame detector alarm,furnace pressure and temperature alarm call the police interlock protection, canguarantee the safe and stable operation of the synthesis furnace.Based on domestic four synthesis furnace operation condition of the analyses, thispaper around the reaction heat corrosion resistance, use and system operation safety ofsome improvement methods, to improve the utilization rate of reaction heat, betterprotection against corrosion, safety and stability of the system operation provides newideas and direction.
