With the increasing content of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, the effect of greenhouse gases becomes the key point in the global crisis management. Forest Carbon Sinks is one important solution to defuse the effect of greenhouse gases. Form the non-traditional security’s perspective and in current global forest and climate situation, this paper discusses the forest carbon sinks’influence in China. Based on hackling international and nation greenhouse gases emission reduction and forest carbon sinks, we use Possible-Satisfaction method to predict the balance interval between economic development and population, forest environment’s coordinated growth, combined with Chinese current economy, population, society and forest development. From the prediction, we observed that by2020, the gross of Chinese economic development will achieve the maximum satisfaction with carbon dioxide’s emission and carbon fixation. According to the analysis of Chinese forest’s development in the future, we research the Chinese forest carbon sinks’combined influence on economy, environment and social development, and the influence on global greenhouse gases’emission. In the non-traditional security’s perspective, we discuss Chinese forest carbon sinks’functions between the Chinese economic development in the future and the process of the global greenhouse gases emission reduction.
