| The reclaiming of waste rubber is a very important project which will save plentifulwaste rubber resource, reduce environment pollution. It has remarkable economic andsocial benefits.In this paper, ten rubber restore aids meeting the regeneration mechanism was used toregenerate scrap rubber. The best ratio of the rubber restore additives were studied withorthogonal table. Tensile strength, elongation at break, gel content fraction, crosslinkdensity and the equilibrium swelling degree which can evaluate break extent ofthree-dimensional network were determined by equation swelling method. The results ofthe study show that: The regenerated rubber with4%superplasticizer,3%four ethyleneamines,4%hexamethylenetetramine;145℃curing temperature and15min curing timehas a prime mechanical capability. Crosslink density can reach0.44mol/dm3, and gelcontent can reach72.37%.In this paper, two methods of regeneration reduction, by mixing mill method andscrew extrusion method, was used to regenerate waste rubber. The result is screwextrusion regeneration has well effect on waste rubber. Tensile strength can reach12.6Mpa,and elongation at break can reach403%, improving152%and55%respectively comparedto preliminary rubber.In this paper, screw extrusion regeneration processing conditions were studied, Theinfluence of regenerated temperature, regenerated time, refining temperature and refiningtime were studied. The results show that: the regenerated rubber with75℃regeneratedtemperature,12min regenerated time,55℃refining temperature and10min refining timehas a prime mechanical capability. |
