Since the20th century,duing to rapid population growth,the human demand for land is under increasing pressure, so there are a lot of the irrational use of land,leading to global environmental problems are increasingly prominent. For example, the greenhouse effect,desertification, soil erosion,water pollution, soil degradation and biodiversity loss. There is a growing concern that the land use and cover change, ecosystem services more and more attention. Land as a scarce natural resources,not only Means of production of human survival and development,and the carrier of all types of ecosystems. Land use changes in ecological processes and ecological services to influence various ecosystem types, size and location, different land use type has a different value of ecosystem services. In short, the changes in the value of ecosystem services can profoundly reflect the impact of land use change on ecosystems.In this study, takeing Fengdu County as study area, Fengdu County along the Yangtze River Three Gorges reservoir area of geological disaster-prone areas and ecologically fragile areas,the task of ecological protection and construction is difficul. This article starting from the actual situation of Fengdu County, On the basis of the content and results of domestic and foreign scholars, analysis of Fengdu County, nearly11years, land use and ecosystem services value, reveals the relationship between land use change and the value of ecosystem services, to provide a scientific basis for rational planning and sustainable development of the land, according to the study concluded as follows:(1) In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of land use changes of Fengdu County in1997-2008, taking ecological factors table that XieGaodi provided. After adjustment correction formula, Estimated land use change caused by the value of ecosystem services change. The results show that the ecological value of the coefficient of this article selected is more reasonable.(2) From1997to2008, the feature of Land use of change was "three increases、 three minus and a constant". Which increases were the land area of garden, woodland, construction; agricultural land and unused land to reduce, the largest reduction of cultivated land; the area of lawn was unchanged. The above changes showed that Fengdu County land use types within the study period from cultivated land and unused land to forest land and construction land circulation.(3) Available through the analysis of five indicators the degree of land-use in1997-2008of Fengdu County:land reclamation was low and decling; land agricultural utilization remained unchanged during the study period.forestcoverage and Building utilization and land utilization had slightly increased; in smallest Year, the land utilization were also more than95%. Description of Fengdu County land use degree was higher, and overall changes in a lesser extent, land-use system lack of openness and dynamic.(4) From the years1997-2008, the value of ecosystem services in Fengdu County on a downward trend, from2001to2005, the downward was larger decline than other years, in other years, the downward trend was flat. Resulting in reduction in the value of ecosystem services mainly becouse woodland ecologygrowth of the value can not compensate for the reduction of arable land, reduction of the value of ecosystem services of unused land and construction landThis is also the process of urbanization accelerated leaded to.(5) Land use sensitivity index of ecosystem value of Fengdu County coefficient was less than1from1997and2008, this result shows that ecosystem service value of the study area relative to the ecological value of coefficient is the lack of flexibility.(6) Analyze the impact on the value of ecosystem services Fengdu County land use types available:arable land ecosystems, woodland ecosystems is the lagest affect of ecosystem services value.three of accounting is the mainimpact on the total value, which affects the entire ecosystem service value of the critical subsystems(7) Calculation and analysis of Fengdu County in1997and2008land usetypearea ratio shows that:land use area and ecological value of the other five (in additionto the construction of land) were positively correlation, however, the various land use typesof ecosystem services value of the total value of the proportion of totalecosystem services value change in amplitude, not directly related to the changes in land use types.
