| LaMnO3is a manganese oxide with perovskite structure of ABO3. Doping an element at A site in certain condition, it shows ferromagnetic metal (FM) and paramagnetic insulator (PI) phase transition. After this transition, the property of infrared emissivity1appears differently, which makes it be widely applied in many fields.This paper explored the Preparation of doped LaMnO3materials, and studied the crystal structure of doped LaMnO3materials, mechanical properties at room temperature infrared emissivity and MT curve and the phase transition temperature. Include the following:(1) how to compound high purity of La1-xAxMnO3(A=of Zn and of Cd) powder and La0.825-xCdxSr0.175MnO3powder.(2) how to sinter quality La1-xAxMnO3(A=Zn, Cd) blocks and La0.825-xCdxSr0.175MnO3block.(3) test and analysis crystal structure and some related properties with related test equipment and technical meansThe results show that appropriate process can prepare high quality bulk of doped LaMnO3materials; the crystal structure of La1-xAxMnO3(A=of Zn and of Cd) powder and La0.825-xCdxSr0.175MnO3powder are both Hexagonal R3m[160](a=b≠c, α=β=90°, γ=120°); doping elements effect on the lattice constant of the material; doping elements and doping has a certain impact on the infrared emissivity of the material and phase. |
