| With more and more people’s growing concern about foot health, the highincidence of foot diseases has affected people’s daily life and work seriously. Flatfeet as a more common foot problem, it has accounted for a large proportion ofpatients with foot disease. Flatfoot orthotic insole or corrective shoes as a normalnon-surgical treatment has generally accepted by flat foot patients. However, flatfoot orthotic insole or corrective shoes available on the market didn’t classify thecharacteristics and symptoms for the prevalence of the various user groups.Separating foot mold collection, the orthotic insole will be more expensive, mostof the working class patients can’t afford it. In this study, the prevalence offlatfoot patients were graded, and in accordance with the reference of a certainnumber of patients targeted for its development of flat feet orthotic insole. This study adopts the method of footprints to acquisition foot data ofcollege students (a total of330people) and classified the flatfoot according tothe measurement results. This paper is to study the patients with mild flatfoot, using Footscan pressure distribution force plate to obtain the distributioncharacteristics. Take plantar foot pressure and the basic data as references, thento develop orthotics foot wear for patients with mild flat. By subjects wearing toassess subjective comfort and contrast normal foot plantar pressure distributionand flat feet wear orthotics distribution to analyze the function of the developedof orthotics. The results show that:(1) Random testing of330people, including53patients with flat foot,which31male and22females. In all patients with flat foot,51of them are mildflatfoot, only2of them are one moderate flat foot. Prevalence reaches to16.1%.(2) Compared with the normal foot, the plantar part of the contact area andthe gait cycle stance phase of flatfoot are quite different.(3) Divided foot print into10regions, measured their peek force, peekimpulse, peek pressure, and the other relevant data respectively, and then compared with normal foot, found that the peek pressure of flatfoot from the heelmedial move to foot Central. And compared with normal foot, flatfoot Central’simpulse in the gait cycle is the biggest. Relatively large foot central area, thecontrast analysis of flatfoot and normal foot pressure, pressure of the central footis not high, but also slightly higher than the normal foot. The pressure of thirdmetatarsal is maximum, the pressure of flatfoot is unusually larger than thenormal foot in this part of the growth, growth rate is about20%, so the lesions ofthe flatfoot is larger impact on the third metatarsal.(4) Wearing flat foot Orthotic Insole, plantar various parts of the pressure offlat feet is reduced and basically reached the level of normal foot pressuredistribution, has played a certain role of correction. |
