The foot is a very important part to support the weight of the body since people’s daily standing and walking depend on the leverage of the foot.The health and comfort of the foot is closely related to the plantar pressure.As a special interface directly contacting the plantar,the structural design and manufacturing materials of insole are important factors affecting the distribution of foot pressure and the environment inside the shoes.However,most of the common sports shoes insoles on the market are made of EVA,polyurethane and other materials with poor air permeability and perspiration ability.Besides,they are manufactured in batches according to certain models with single structure and function,which not consider the differences of individual foot shape and plantar pressure distribution.According to the above issues,on the basis of research on individual’s plantar size and pressure distribution,this paper proposes to use warp knitted spacer fabric in the stack form as the main body of insole,and through adding appropriate filling material locally,design and make personalized sports comfortable knitted insole suitable for plantar.The research contents are as follows:(1)The shape and structure of knitted insole was designed.Firstly,the foot size and plantar pressure distribution of standard foot type subject were studied.Based on the above research results,the designs of shape and three kinds of local supporting pad structure of insole were carried out.(2)Physical properties test of warp knitted spacer fabric.The warp knitted spacer fabrics were selected for double-layer stack.By testing the compression,air permeability and moisture permeability of the stack spacer fabrics,the stack fabrics with the best comprehensive performance were chosen as the main body of the insole.(3)Mechanical properties test of the supporting pad.The samples of partial supporting pad of insole were made by cross combination of selected filling materials and the stack fabrics.The rebound and shock absorption properties of the samples were tested.By using multivariate comprehensive evaluation method to establish a comprehensive evaluation model,the material combinations with the best comprehensive performance were obtained.(4)Research on plantar pressure distribution measurement system.A plantar pressure distribution measurement system suitable for the subject was set up by selecting appropriate components.Through testing,the system has high accuracy,and the relationship between voltage and pressure meets the exponential function y=3.96652e-x/31.56454+1.08792.(5)Insole making and plantar pressure distribution measurement.Three kinds of insoles were made with selected material combinations,and the plantar pressure distribution of subject walking with bare feet and wearing insoles were measured.The experimental results showed that the addition of arch pad,proximal phalanges region pad and toes pad could reduce the pressure peak value of the whole foot by 28.11%and 49.07%respectively.Compared with EVA insole,the maximum pressure value and pressure time integral of the whole foot of No.3 insole are reduced by 37%and68.88%respectively.Therefore,No.3 insole is the best insole for plantar pressure comfort with less weariness and better sports comfort,meeting the needs of ordinary sports shoes insoles compatible with personalization and comfort.
