| With Chinese industrial technology and equipment specialized development, at presentin chinese mining industry, various professional equipments are used more and morewidely.With the using of the mechanical equipments in the mining, because the special usingenvironments which is worse than civil general machines’, to have a fully understanding ofthe static and dynamic characteristics of the equipments is very necessary.This paper’s object of study is TaiyuanMeikeyuan’s production which is called WC5E(B)explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicles’ frame. In this paper,I used the virtual prototypetechnology to simulate the vehicle working on the flat road, bumpy road, rectangular pit roadand so on.Extracting load’s time course between frame and attachments, I found that when thevehicle working on bumpy road and giant pit road at the speed of 7 km/h, the force in the jointbetween goods and frame is most serious. Taking the peak to do the static structure analysisfor the frame,and we do the static structure analysis when it is working on full load bendingand the torsion bending and so on. According the analysis, we found WC5E (B)explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicles’ frames’ safety coefficient commonly reached morethan 1.5, the static structure strength meet the design requirements. But at the position ofwater tank , the stress concentration is obvious, the structure is a bit of weak. the users’feedback also verify the static analysis results.After the frames’ free modal analysis and constraint modal analysis, we found when thevehicle working on the flat road, bumpy road about and so on, the incentive given frompavement is in lower frequency that general won’t cause the frame resonating. But on thegravel road , the maximum incentive frequency is between the frame’s first and second natural frequency,it is close to the frames’ autologous frequency, so when working on thegravel road, it should appropriately reduced the speed. Engine’s frequency is more than thetenth natural frequency of the frame, so it won’t cause resonance generally.According these works, we have a fully understanding of the WC5E(B) explosion-proofrubber-tyred vehicles’ frame’s static and dynamic characteristics, and base on the results, wecan give the direction of the optimization design for the improvement of the product . |
