With the development of China economy, peolple emphase on the environmentalquality, moreover controling the sulfur dioxide pollution has become a top priority ofair pollution control.Among them, the flue gas desulfurization is more effective, theactual operable one of the measures. Luan River Power Plant6#7#unit coal-firedboiler with electrostatic precipitator to clean the boiler flue gas SO2failed to meet therequirements of the national energy saving and emission standards, to meet energysaving requirements, and proposed to take limestone-gypsum wet FGD systempurification of its flue gas.In this study, the paper research6#、7#unit coal-fired boiler present situation,investigate the desulfurization process at home and abroad, apply to6#、7#unitcoal-fired limestone-gypsum wet FGD technology principles, characteristics, systemcomponents on the basis of boiler flue gas limestone-gypsum wet desulphurizationprocesses, running programs, and investigated the effect of consecutive22-day trialrun, analyze the main problems in the process operation to optimize the running ofprocess parameters, to further examine the optimization of processparametersoperating results.The results showed that: During the trial operation ofdesulfurization efficiency is low, the flue gas temperature and pH value of slurry ofFGD system was not stable standard main factor; experimental optimization ofdetermining the optimum inlet gas temperature was80-85℃, pH value ofserum5.5-6in between. After parameter optimization, through22days of continuousoperation, stable SO2emission can be controlled below200mg/m3, efflux flue gas tomeet the GB13223-2003《Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal powerplants》, the removal rate of SO2between91.3-92.7%, SO2removal efficiency stability.Environmental benefits are significant.
