The purpose of this article is to analysis and research the Cangdong power plant desulfurization system problems since it put into production,give the solutions to these problems.Through analysis, test and research absorbent, slurry pH value, density, concentration of smoke and other operating parameters,obtain the stable and efficient operation control method for Cangdong power plant desulfurization system,and find the reason of the problems of Cangdong power plant desulfurization system,and given the optimization method and prevention measures.The conclusions are as follows:The main reasons for the fouling of equipment is slurry pH value volatility,lead to calcium sulfite supersaturation and crystal precipitation;high slurry pH value lead to calcium sulfite and calcium sulfate crystal precipitation supersaturation and crystal precipitation.The solution to this problem is improve the absorption tower slurry pH value automatic regulation,control the slurry pH value in reasonable range.The main reasons for the poor quality of gypsum is the flue gas dust content exceed the standard,the impurity and chlorideion in the absorption tower exceed the standard,slurry density is not within reasonable limits.The solution to this problem is improve dust removal effect of electric dust removing system,improve the quality of coal, limestone and process water,control the Slurry density in reasonable range.The main reasons for overflow of absorption tower slurry is the impurity,chlorideion and organic compound in the absorption tower exceed the standard, the absorption tower liquid level measured error, start level high. The solution to this problem is improve dust removal effect of electric dust removing system, check and clean up the absorption tower liquid level in time,adjustment the starting level, adding defoaming agent in time.The main reasons for equipment corrosion, wear is low slurry pH value, flush is not enough after desulfurization system outage, impurity,chlorideion in the absorption tower exceed the standard. The solution to this problem is control the slurry pH value in5.2to5.6range, flush desulfurization system in time after outage, improve the quality of coal, limestone and process water.
