| In recent years, with the growth of population, enhance of people’ standard ofliving and the development of industrial and agricultural production, a lot of cities inour country have appeared different degree of water shortage and water tight, thewhole country is short of water about2000x104m3every day. In2000, due to theinfrequent drought on the history, Changchun Xinlicheng Reservoir and theShitoukoumen reservoir as the main water resources of the city have been using deadstorage water supply for city residents, at the same time, taking a series of measuresfor water saving, such as.supplying water in partition decompression, stoppingsupplying water for bathing and washing, stopping all construction work and someenterprises. The water shortage has already restricted the sustainable development ofnational economy and the further improve of people’ living standards in ChangchunCity. On the other hand, the daily discharge of sewage is about100,000,000m3, andbrings serious pollution to the environment. If part of the sewage will be treated bytwo stages of processing and deep purification, then reused for Industry and city water,not only can alleviate the problem of shortage of water resources, efficient use ofwater resources, but also drives the sewage treatment industry, and achieves bettersocial and environmental benefits.This article takes Beijiao wastewater treatment plant in Changchun City as theresearch object, through the analysis of water quality and the effluent requirements ofBeijiao sewage treatment plant, taking biological nitrogen and phosphorus removalprocess as two grade treatment process, according to the first part of Beijiao projectand reference resources of similar domestic engineering cases, choosing improvedA2O as core technology of the two grade treatment process; at the same time, taking"small hole grid+small spacing inclined plate settling tank+V filter" as acombination process of routine coagulation, sedimentation, filtration for the effluentof two stage water, and designing for it.After the completion of the project, and one year’s continuous operation test, theSS, COD, TP, NH3-N and other indicators of effluent system have reached level B standard of" pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant "(GB18918-2002). Long term operating results show that operation of improved A2Oprocess is stable, effluent water quality is better than the design standards, long-termstable operation of two stage effluent COD average is48.8mg/L, COD averageremoval rate reaches85.5%; the effluent SS average is14.9mg/L, the averageremoval rate reaches93.1%; the effluent NH3-N average is5.4mg/L, the average theremoval rate reaches74.4%; effluent TP average is0.52mg/L, the removal rate is90.7%. Advanced treatment of effluent COD average is39.8mg/L, effluent SSaverage is9.8mg/L, effluent TP average is0.52mg/L, effluent NH3-N average is5.4mg/L, meetting the thermal power plant water requirements, and also meets the designeffluent standard. This article has a certain reference value on design, operation andcontrol of sewage treatment for the others which has the same or similar processtechnology. |
