The paper is production device design scheme of rapeseed oil acid diethanol amide With anannual output of2000tonsFirst of all, we elaborate the effect and meaning ofsurfactant,statistics and analysis the surfactant’s theory, classification, applications,development, production and application at home and abroad at present,We conclused that therapeseed acid two ethanol amide has significant emulsion and decontamination ability indetergent industry as a kind of non ionic surfactants as well as has superiority of goodsynergistic effect and properties of compound compared with other surfactant;We determinedthat rapeseed acid two ethanol amide is a fine chemical products with excellent marketdevelopment prospect as main raw material for the production of detergent industry throughanalysis the production status, market situation and developing of such surfactant at home andabroad at present, as well as the prediction data of Detergent industrial demand on surfactantsin domestic.At the same time, we combined with the actual situation of Daqing oilfieldchemical industry limited company, proposed the Feasibility of that constructed theproduction device of rapeseed acid two ethanolamine,formulated the inspection standards ofraw materials and product quality;We calculates the economic benefits and investmentrecovery period of rapeseed acid two ethanolamine production device with an annual outputof2000tons based on the Investigation of the market prices of production of raw materials ofthe rapeseed acid two ethanolamine as well as other surfactants, the estimated annual incomeis13779600yuan, investment recovery period is3.7years.This paper through compared the production process of rapeseed acid two ethanolamine,selected the existing application technology is more mature1:1type production process indomestic, using the production process with method of batch two step reaction to completethe production of rapeseed acid two ethanolamine.We calculated the material balance and heatbalance of the device according to the annual output of2000tons of rapeseed acid twoethanolamide and the time of starting8000hours one year on the device and determined theconsumption of rapeseed oil, methanol, two ethanol amine as the raw material and theproduction of by-product glycerin as well as the heat load of device required according to thecalculation results.We design and calculate alcoholysis reaction kettle and amidation reactionkettle of the key equipment, determine the size of the reaction kettle’s Volume, diameter,height, thickness, material and parts dimensions and also design and calculate reaction kettle’sstirrer and jacket preliminary.At the same time, we design and calculate the Number, volume,materials of raw material and static equipment such as product storage tanks, distillationtower, washing tower preliminary;Selecte mainly pneumatic equipment pump number andtypes and put forward the pump selection criteria; also put forward corresponding designrequirement for other auxiliary equipment. Finally, the production device design scheme ofrapeseed acid two ethanolamine with an annual output of2000tons was completed.
