In the processing of wine brewing, each one of production links could have a huge impact on wine quality and production.while the quality of Daqu have a direct impact on the taste of wine. The production of high quality wine should depends on the quality of the good knee-piece, while the quality of knee-piece not only by the productive technology but also largely decided by the production method of the knee-piece.Knee-piece-making method has a large degree of progress from making by labour to by machine, but there are still have some problems such as low productivity, the process of work produces bring too much more than expected, Poor driving accuracy. Useing integrated techniques of mechanics and electronics in order to solve the above problem and to meet the growing demand for products of China’s wineries.On the basis of reference to domestic brewery existing machinery starter-making equipment designed a completed knee-piece-making equipment which has a reasonable process and decorated compact,Advanced Performance.This topic design a revolving bending press with repeatedly Suppress. Multi-point press forming technology, can get a more uniform density of knee-piece, thus avoiding the shortcomings of a suppression of molding the knee-piece has a tight surface, the central part of the loose, mentioning that the slurry is not good, this knee-piece play an important role in the process of following brewing. Based on the traditional knee-piece-making process of fenjiu group, use the hydraulic transmission instead of the traditional mechanical transmission,which make the drive simple, accurate positioning,and the production efficiency has been greatly improved. Revolving bending press is the fruits of modern technology, advanced design methods and accurate means of detection makes the system more comprehensive.This machine accelerate the pace of the knee-piece-making industry automation.For better verify the statics property of the main components contained in the mechanical part,used the3d design software SolidWorks2007build each part, then using bottom-up way in every part of the assembly of the whole assembly components, to establish three-dimensional model of the machine of the revolving bending press, the mechanical part of the whole bending press more image to show up. With the software of ANSYS the paper used the method of finite element to analysis the main components of buckling machine which includes buckling beam, the frame and the spring,and optimized the unsubstant ial parts, and then verified whether it was reasonableTo study the rotating bending machine more, the dynamic simulation of buckling machine was given by ADAMS, a professional dynamic simulation software,and then optimized the simulation results to coincident with the fact’s The main purpose that designs the rotary bending machine is to prepare standard knee-piece, so the hydraulic simulation software of AMESim and ADAMS were used to global simulation of pressure unit after the previous simulation, and then observed whether The design of hydraulic pressure was reasonable,or whether it could output expected pressure.Finally, this paper gives an industrial test that has made a series of experiments on the revolving bending press.The results show that the machine can produce the knee-piece with high quality and the high efficiency, which can meet the needs of the production of the fenjiu group.
