The working precision of the CNC bending machine not only includes the accuracy of the equipment,but also relates to the shape of the mold,machining error,the bending blank size error and the bending rebound.The accuracy of the plate bending part is not only affected by the machining accuracy,but also affected by the bending back of the plate.During the bending process of the plate,the hydraulic cylinder applies pressure and the slider & the table are forced to generate a certain deformation,thereby affects the bending precision of the plate.This subject takes a certain type of CNC bending machine produced by a company as the research object,theoretically analyzes the components that affect the bending precision of the bending machine,and uses the finite element software to analyze the bending machine slider and the workbench to find the weak link.Structural optimization is carried out,and finally the experiment verifies the correctness of the optimization results.In virtue of Timoshenko's Timoshenko beam theory,the analytic method is used to derive the functional relationship between the slider and the loading deformation of the table,and the general deformation law expression is obtained.The influence of the manufacturing precision of the bending machine on the bending precision of the plate is theoretically analyzed.Analyzing the influence of the longitudinal flatness of the table a,the slider and the lateral flatness of the table on the bending precision of the sheet.Based on theoretical analysis,the slider and the table are analyzed by means of finite element analysis using contact analysis and separate analysis.The result shows that the bottom structure of the slider and the position of the fillet are large,and the contact between the table and the workpiece is relatively high..Then,based on the feasibility of manufacturing and the rationality of structural force,the structurally optimized slider is analyzed,and the stress deformation is reduced,which verifies the rationality of the improved structure.Finally,on-site verification was carried out to improve the front and back bending machines for comparative experiments.The bending accuracy of the bending machine plates after structural optimization was greatly improved.
