Study On Safety Training Medthod Of Mine In China

With the development of economy and society, it is still grim coexist although it is the overall improvement on the safety production situation in China. Especially it is frequent and causes casualties and heavy in production safety accident of coal mine. The reason is due to the safety of high quality is caused. Strengthening the safety training which is the most direct and the most effective way to reduce or eliminate the unsafe behavior. Around safety training work carried out in-depth study in the world. Those are few studies about the research in view of the coal industry safety training, safety management, control method, by means of the relatively. Particularly, It is less on human unsafe behavior safety training method study. This paper is based on the issues of coal mine safety training methods to study by theoretical analysis and field research.The study is based on the extensive collection of relevant domestic and international current status and training methods of the relevant literature and the previous research results. It is used the literature collection, data analysis, comparison research method, field survey method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, hold an informal discussion, visit the user and other methods of training methods to study. In this paper, the main research contents and results are as follows:1. According to a comprehensive collection of the2006-2011safety production situation in China and the2003-2011of coal mine safety production status information, It is concluded that the accident is the main reason of human unsafe behavior. It is the most direct and effective way is to strengthen the safety training of reducing or eliminating the unsafe behavior. It is the most direct factor that safety training method to effects of the safety training.2. Through extensive collection of domestic and international security situation and training methods of the information, it is studied based on the data of comparative. It is discovered our country training method of the gap with other countries. It is based on the characteristics of adult learning results in safety technology training to choose which training method.3. Through studing the training methods in the use, It is analyzed the influence factors of safety training method. Finds how to choose the training method according to the relevant principles and methods.4. Combined with practical work, it is the field research to safety technology training center of Yangquan Co., Ltd. It descrips how to use several characteristics of training method in training application as the cases. By questionnaire, interview, and participants held informal discussion, visits to customers and so on, it researches the condition of the now commonly used training method. That will be applications with templates for training the method of choice.
