| As a typical energy oriented enterprise,coal mining enterprises play a crucial role in China’s economic development.From the development situation in recent years,it can be seen that the safety production of the domestic coal mining industry has basically entered a stable stage,and the number of production accidents is continuously decreasing.However,the situation of coal mine safety production in China is still severe,and the implementation of safety work still faces significant pressure.The research results have proven that if accident prevention work can be done well,it is bound to effectively reduce the incidence of accidents,and safety production training is a scientific measure for preventing safety accidents.This article elaborates on the significance and role of safety training for coal mine employees,introduces research methods and ideas,and sorts out relevant theories of employee training system.Taking H coal mine as an example,the current situation of the safety training system in H coal mine was analyzed,and it was found that there are problems such as insufficient understanding of employees’ safety training needs,problems in the organization and implementation of training,and incomplete evaluation of training effectiveness.The reasons for these problems are insufficient understanding of training ideas,insufficient investment in training resources,and relatively lagging construction of training mechanisms.Based on the above analysis,the paper proposes optimization strategies for the safety training system of H coal mine employees,including the optimization of training needs analysis system,training content system,training methods,and training effectiveness evaluation system.Finally,measures for optimizing the implementation of the H coal mine employee safety training system are proposed from three aspects: ensuring the training implementation environment,ensuring the linkage of training resources,and ensuring the prevention of training risks.Coal mining enterprises should establish a good safety training mechanism to make the effectiveness of safety production training more stable.Moreover,in the process of practice,we continuously accumulate experience in safety training,so that it can be effectively applied to employee production activities,and promptly rectify any shortcomings.Only in this way can we improve the overall quality of safety production training and fully reflect the effectiveness of safety production training work.I hope that this study can help H Coal Mine improve employee training work more comprehensively,improve employee training effectiveness,and provide some inspiration for other enterprises in China’s traditional energy industry to improve employee training work. |
