The traditional welder have no real-time system to acquisition and storage current and voltage, can’t better to analyze the welding current and voltage, in order to improve the welding process parameters, improve and ensure the quality of welding. Now, the industrial control computer as the core of the welding to acquisition and storage current and voltage, but its large volume, high cost, poor stability in the welding position, it’s difficult to meet the welding requirements of miniaturization and low cost. There need an urgent system that is cheap and stable in the Welding production and research to realize the welding voltage, current acquisition, storage and display functionsThe subject use the dsPIC30F6011A as the control chip, with SA-7touch screen interface, through the U disk and SD card file management control chip CH376stores the sampled data. Specific topics include the following sections:(1) We must understand the welding current and voltage of sampling and storage system’s present application situation, understanding the SCM in welding machine control system and its application.(2) Welding current and voltage acquisition system based on dsPIC30F6011A.System to dsPIC30F6011A digital signal controller as the core, with shenzhen display control automation of the company’s SA-touch screen for interface. The overall system hardware circuit including:single-chip microcomputer control parts, connecting with the touch screen RS232interface circuit part, clock chip, data is stored in U disc.(3) The program design, touch screen and dsPIC30F6011A between USART serial communication module programming based on the Modbus agreement, AD programming, sampling clock chip SD2403and SCM communication program design between SCM and IIC, U disk and SD card file management control chip CH376programming. The programming use assembly programming language, supporting by MICROCHIP COMPANY’S MPLAB-IDE software.(4) The hardware and software of system debugging. Commissioning show that the control system has basically reached the expected requirements of the design:achieving effective communication between the touch screen and control system, achieving effective communication between a single chip and clock chip SD2403, and achieve the effective communication between SCM and CH376.
