| With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,more and more dust or materials through the closed pipeline transportation and centralized processing.For the dust inside the pipeline can easily lead to the explosion of the spark of the current situation,people still lack sufficient attention and understanding.In the dust removal system in the pipeline,is a mixture of dust and air,and the production process will inevitably produce ignition source(spark).Once the sparks come in,or screws and other high-temperature metal fragments fall into the pipeline and the wall friction generated sparks,etc.,will cause a fire or explosion.Therefore,before causing a large-scale fire or even explosion,it is the key to control the fire by effectively warning and eliminating the spark in the dust removal pipeline and eliminating the potential danger.Through studying the characteristics of dust removal pipeline and the data of spark sensor in foreign countries,this thesis developed a spark detection and alarm device.The design of the amplifying circuit based on PIN silicon photodiode is completed,and the sensor design of photoelectric conversion and voltage pulse conversion is realized.A signal control circuit based on TMS320F2812DSP is designed,which can collect the sensor output signal effectively,and can detect the sound and light alarm when cremation.The serial communication between the touch screen of the host computer and the lower computer TMS320F2812DSP based on the Modbus protocol is studied in detail.Using CCS4.1.2 software,mainly completed the lower position machine DSP to the pulse signal capture procedure compilation as well as between the position machine and the lower position machine Modbus communication procedure design.The software engineering of PC based on embedded MCGS touch screen is completed.The simulation experiment environment is set up and the verification of the spark detection and alarm system is completed.Aiming at the current situation of the fire and explosion of the dust catcher in industrial production,this thesis puts forward a solution from the perspective of spark detection,designs the spark detection and alarm system,and has certain guiding significance in industrial production safety. |
