| In the recent decades, grouting materials, which is an indispensable component of grouting technology, have been developed rapidly with the rapid development of engineering construction such as highway, railway, water conservancy and hydropower and mine. At present, there are two types of grouting materials used widely (chemistry and cement), yet both are not the most appropriate for strata with subtle fissures. Therefore, one of the research focuses of the grouting technology is to develop a new type of grouting materials and improve performance of the existing materials.Slag powder is relatively widely applied in construction technology of cement and concrete as a new-type material due to its favorable price and finer particle size. The research on whether it can be as a type of grouting materials is relatively rare.The study is to make ground granulated blast furnace achieve good grouting effect and decrease its price, using superfine slag powder with specific surface area equal with630m2/Kg as principal materials by means of addictives’diffusion. New type of grouting materials is developed through proportioning and model test in the laboratory, adopting orthogonal experiment. Mainly for the following three aspects:1. As for low coagulability of superfine slag powder slurry, three kinds of additional materials are finally selected to stimulate the performance of superfine slag powder slurry on the basis of preliminary research. These three kinds of material are respectively researched by single factor experiment to obtain physical and mechanical performance, which provides evidences to choose parameters of orthogonal experiment.2. The influence sphere of the factor of orthogonal experiment is chose via using single factor experiment to detect three kinds of additional materials. Adopting L (34) orthogonal array, nine formulas are designed to test physical and mechanical performance of each formula. Finally, orthogonal design theory is also adopted to choose the best ratio for new grouting materials. Lastly, the optimum is chose using orthogonal experiment theory, based on which the following test is made. The results show the uniaxial compressive strength of28d can be to14.87MPa.3. Adopting the optimum gained by orthogonal experiment, the contrastive experiment of groutability model is made with the media grounded on fine sand. The results indicate compared with normal cement, superfine slag powder slurry is with better groutability.Superfine slag powder slurry is a new type and environmentally friendly grouting material. In recent years, its relevant indicators has already reached the grouting requirements but not yet used in engineering practice, and it will be expected to be used in industrial production and applied widely in geotechnical engineering. |
