| Along with the country strengthen environmental protection request to the enterprises, desulfurization project gradually become one of the necessary project to the thermal power plant. More and more power plant implement desulfurization project in response to the national policy so as to protect the social environment and enhance the social benefits of the enterprise. Among the numerous desulfurization techniques, limestone (lime)-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization (flue gas desulfurization FGD). As the most being applied flue gas desulphurization (FGD) technology of coal-fired Power Plants, wet limestone gypsum flue gas desulphurization technology is provided with many advantages such as limestone is richer as absorbent and the cost is less than other technologies, and it is stable and mature.On the basis of the desulphurization projects of the Huaneng Beijing thermal power plant, the paper first introduces the theory of project and project management, mainly including the concept and characteristic of project, engineering project, project management and project management, engineering project life cycle, and main scope of engineering project management. Then the paper briefly introduces the several common desulfurization techniques, and describes the basic situation of the FGD project of the Huaneng Beijing thermal plant. Based On this, the paper studies the selection process of the desulphurization process, and emphatically analyzes the characteristics of this project and project management. Finally, the paper focuses on the research of the management method of project process, mainly including the research of management pattern, investment management, progress management, quality management and risk management of the project. According to the detailed analysis of research of the thermal power plant FGD project management process, the design--build project management pattern is suitable for this project, although there are several shortcomings. In this mode, based on the project investment goals, progress goal, quality goal, the thesis analyzes the process of project investment, schedule, quality control and risk. The project results show the management process is reasonable and effective, the important factor of successful completion of the project as well. Therefore, the research result of the paper can be used as reference to other desulfurization of project management. |
