| With the rapid economic growth of our country,environmental protection is becoming more and more prominent.Because of the electric energy is given priority to with coal,coal after combustion produces a large amount of S02 is the main reason of the pollution of acid rain,its huge damage to environment is immeasurable,so power plants equipped with system of desulfurization equipment has been the trend of The Times.The quality control of desulfurization project is a complex system engineering,which involves the whole process of engineering design,procurement,construction and installation,with more variable factors and greater risks.In order to ensure the quality of desulfurization project,ensure that the desulfurization device can operate in a long-term and stable way.Besides the attention to technology,the quality control of the project is very important.Based on the characteristics and practice of desulphurization project construction project,this paper is based on the desulfurization project of W thermal power plant heating unit.First combed the domestic and foreign research status about desulfurization project quality control,secondly introduces W overview of flue gas desulfurization project in thermal power plants,and then to study the quality control of desulfurization project.For large thermal power project quality control points and quality factors,analysis summary W in the desulfurization project in thermal power plants imperfect organizational structure,imperfect quality control process and measures for the problems.Through carry on the improvement of management organization,the rational use of PDCA,quality control and so on the concrete methods of project implementation stage,summarizes the current based on PDCA of desulfurization project in thermal power plants are more suitable for W the whole process of quality control system and quality control methods and measures in stages.In the end,this paper combines the examples in the construction of desulfurization project and demonstrates that the methods and measures proposed in this paper can solve the problems encountered and ensure the smooth progress of desulfurization project. |
