The heating furnace is main equipment for Gathering and Transferring of oil. This paperaims at solving the problem, that is, high exhaust gas temperature and the insufficientlyburning of fuel in the heating furnace during burning, which lead to the huge heat loss andlow combustion efficiency. Combined with all kinds of heating furnace’s working conditionsand characteristics in Daqing5th oilfield, a series of technology are developed, such as finecontrol technique of heating furnace, device of electronic contaminant separation andcavitating water jets technology, which are tested and studied. In addition, feasibility oftechnology is analyzed. This paper summarizes the application status of the energy efficienttechnology and energy-saving effect, and gets the comprehensive optimization from the sightof system effectiveness and technical economy, then comes to the results of priority forconservation measures, which are fine control of parameter, device of high frequencyoscillation, preheating of air device, energy-saving coatings application, device of electroniccontaminant separation, device of biogas cleaning, chemical descaling, cavitating water jetsfor cleaning and so on. Finally, device of high frequency oscillation, preheating of air device,device of biogas cleaning and energy-saving coatings are applied to improve the capacity ofheating furnace in field of energy saving control, and achieves that the system effectivenessincreases by10.6%and input-output ratio is1:3.74.
