Energy efficiency benchmarking is an activity that compares and analyzes the energy efficiency indicators of energy consumption units with relevant energy efficiency standards,adopts management and technical measures,and improves the level of energy efficiency.The implementation of energy efficiency benchmarking management is beneficial for enterprises to learn and learn from the management concepts of advanced enterprises at home and abroad,promote enterprises to establish a dynamic energy efficiency management mechanism,and improve the level of enterprise energy efficiency management.At present,the oil field gradually enters the later stage of exploitation,the crude oil production decreases and the water content increases year by year.The contradiction between high energy consumption and low efficiency of crude oil gathering and transportation systems is becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the energy efficiency benchmarking evaluation system for crude oil gathering and transportation system,identify the energy efficiency gap,and carry out energy saving and efficiency improvement,which is of great significance to the energy saving and consumption reduction project of oilfield gathering and transportation system.In this thesis,a process model analysis model for crude oil gathering and transportation system in an oilfield in western China is established,and the energy conversion,energy transmission,energy process utilization,and energy recovery process are expounded.The crude oil gathering and transportation system is divided into three subsystems: the oil gathering wellhead,the transfer station,and the combined station.The energy flow diagram of each subsystem is drawn by using the principle of the sequential module method.According to the national standard GB / T 33653-2017 ' Oilfield production system energy consumption test and calculation method ',the calculation formula of crude oil gathering and transportation system and subsystem energy consumption is determined,and the energy consumption distribution law of crude oil gathering and transportation system is analyzed.The BP neural network is used to establish the energy efficiency prediction model for crude oil gathering and transportation systems.The comprehensive energy consumption,gas consumption,power consumption,energy utilization rate,heat utilization rate,and power utilization rate of crude oil gathering and transportation systems are predicted respectively.By comparing the curve fitting degree under different hidden layer nodes,the optimal prediction results are determined.The method solves the problem of a large amount of data and long calculation time in the energy efficiency benchmarking evaluation of crude oil gathering and transportation system,which is beneficial to improve the energy efficiency benchmarking speed of crude oil gathering and transportation system.The energy efficiency benchmark value of crude oil gathering and transportation system is established from the three perspectives of the national industrial standard benchmark value,oilfield enterprise benchmark value,and the optimal value of crude oil gathering and transportation system itself in the same period,and the energy efficiency benchmarking of the single index of unit consumption and efficiency of crude oil gathering and transportation system is carried out to find out the energy saving gap with national standards and oil enterprises.To comprehensively consider the efficiency and unit consumption index of crude oil gathering and transportation system,based on the combination weighting method of game theory and TOPSIS evaluation method,the energy efficiency benchmarking evaluation model of crude oil gathering and transportation system is established.The triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the subjective weight,and the entropy weight method is used to determine the objective weight.The combination weighting method of game theory combines subjective and objective,comprehensively evaluates the comprehensive energy efficiency benchmarking of crude oil gathering and transportation system and its subsystems,and identifies the energy efficiency gap.Finally,based on the combination weighting-grey correlation and multi-level analysis method of game theory,a multi-level weak link identification system of crude oil gathering and transportation system is established.The crude oil gathering and transportation system is divided into four layers,and the energy efficiency coefficient of each layer is calculated to identify the weak links of each subsystem.Energy-saving improvement is carried out on energy-consuming equipment to improve energy efficiency.After improvement,the annual cost of gas consumption is about 7.28 million yuan,and the annual cost of power consumption is about 4.4 million yuan.The above research provides technical support for the green,efficient and intelligent development of crude oil gathering and transportation system.
