Xinmin oilfield which belongs to Jilin oilfield has been put into developmentsince1990and So far there have been20years of development history. With thedeepening of oilfield development degree, Xinmin oilfield has been full access to thelate stage middle to high water development stage. Along with the water ratioincreased year by year, the well condition getting worse and oil field productiondecline accelerated is the main feature of the stage.In order to control the diminishing in a reasonable range into the high water-cutstage and steady the oil field production, we must control oil to the water stability andmake great efforts to the development technology of water injection, improve thequality of water injection. Water quality and water absorption capability of thereservoir have a close relationship that brings obvious influenceto the oil absorbingability, which caused water absorbing capacity of water injection well decline andinjection pressure increase. Through the expansion of the past20years, there formeda set of water injection system has its own features.Because the construction are local adjustment and reform, so there is no obviousimprovement of water injection system efficiency of Xinmin production. For effectivewater injection of oil fields with low permeability, work with pressure is to separateinjection the water wells and routine attention. Along with the further development,water wells work more and more frequently. In the water injection developmentprocesses of oil fields with low permeability, reasonable water injection is theimportant mean of enhancing recovery ratio and extending construction cycle of oilfield. Strengthen the daily management of the water injection well andenhance thequalification rate of seperated layer water injection is the technical guaranteeofeffective water injection of the oil fields with low permeability and the mostcost-effective way to improve oilfield recovery.This article based on the current situation YuXinMin water treatment for waterquality security technology research, using probability statistical principle, fineanalysis of each device, deal with maintenance cycle; Improve the efficiency of waterinjection system technology research, mainly based on system two key operationparameters in scientific research work, especially on the pump unit efficiency, thescientific and reasonable analysis, precise surveying and mapping of the pump unit efficiency of characteristic curve, the late for the regulation of note the pump providestheory basis; In order to improve the quality and efficiency of new civilian operations,focus on the research of the pressure and control device homework, and enhance theability of homework with pressure and formed a new civilian operations and demandcomplete technology and device security system. Due to production Wells, a longtime special geological condition, the downhole condition is relatively complex, in thecommissioning work, easy to cause the instrument card well, and appear to put notsuccess, the abnormal situation, through the development of the debug processtechnology study well, one is forming a intelligent measuring debug processtechnology; it is formed for a series of the debug exception of well treatmenttechniques device system.
