This article derived the relations of tire deformation stress and strain through the analysis of the force when the tire rolling, establishing a mathematical model of the tire temperature rise mechanism on this basis. According to the theory of heat transfer, thermal boundary conditions of the tire are given (of the thermal boundary of the outer surface, the thermal boundary of the bead, the thermal boundary of the inner surface), the convective heat transfer coefficient and related parameters of the boundary are studied,which lays the foundation for the further research of tire temperature rise mechanism.Tire steady-state temperature field is analysised and discussed through the platform of Abaqus software.The impact of Tire conditions of use (speed, load, inflation pressure, ambient temperature), structural parameters (section width), the thermal conductivity and dissipation factor of the rubber and other aspects on tire steady-state temperature field is analysised.The results show that:the tire internal maximum temperature is located near the outer surface of the tire shoulder parts; tire temperature rises with the speed, load, ambient temperature, tread width, tire rubber material loss factor and other aspects increases,and reduces with the inflation pressure, the rubber thermal conductivity increases.Based on finite element analysis results, the application of uniform design method is used to establish the prediction model of the tire steady temperature field, the regression equation of the tire steady-state temperature field maximum temperature and the related factors.Through the study on tire temperature field,a tire burst mechanism is described, the structure, the basic principles and key technologies of tire explosion-proof warning system are explored. Tire temperature acquisition test device is taken as a reference,hardware and software design of tire explosion-proof warning system is completed on the basis of Its principle research.
