The shape of the curve in the wellbore trajectory of horizontal wells is a complex three-dimensional space curve of arbitrary curvature and torsion. Its curved shape greatly affects the status of the column by the force and analysis of the follow-up column mechanics. In this paper, method of the cubic spline interpolation is applied to calculate the horizontal wells, the borehole trajectory of the reach wells. Using this method, as calculating the trajectory of horizontal wells between any two adjacent known points, the interpolation point can be increased unlimitedly and easily, so angle and azimuth of the horizontal wells are easily calculated at any depth at well. in order to determine the spatial location of the well trajectory, to establish the three-dimensional Cartesian coordinates, namely geographic coordinate system, method of Simpson numerical integration is used on each node of the borehole to get integral geographical coordinates, three drawing software are used to get the three-dimensional space of the well trajectory curve.
