Nowadays,the work of loading bagged materials is mostly completedby human and forklift,which not only increases labor intensity and reducesloading efficiency,but also leads to the bag’s serious deformation andbreakage.With the increase of loading quantities,this way is difficult to meetthe actual requirements.So this paper proposed study of the mechanizedloading system on bagged materials,and did research on the key technologyabout vertical lifting of bagged materials.This paper did a survey about development of the bagged materialsloading technology in the domestic and abroad.Through the analysis ofmultiple loading equipments’ features and shortcomings,this paper pointedout that the study had to base on the actual requirements of company andconsider the following aspects:good practicality and stability,highefficiency,reduction of labor intensity.This paper did the overall design of loading system,including thecomposition of system,the working principle,the way of taking bags and theloading conditions.As an important part of loading system,the belt conveyoris mainly designed,its major parameters are determined such as the width ofbelt,the form of rollers,the power of driving,the form of transmission and soon.In this paper,the vertical lifting scheme of bagged materials isproposed,its central idea is bagged materials are clipped by two rows ofcircular-steel spring and upward transported vertically by the chains oftransmission.At the same time,this paper did the design of vertical liftingequipment on the basis of vertical lifting scheme and determined majorparameters such as the type of chains,the power of driving,the form oftransmission,the material of circular-steel spring and so on.In order to avoidbagged materials’ slipping in the process of lifting,this paper also carried out the research on the effective clipping space of two rows of circular-steelspring:First,a certain size of circular-steel spring’s curved deformation underdifferent loads was obtained by Ansys simulation.Second,the reduction ofbagged material’s thickness under different clamping loads was obtained byexperiment.Last,these results were combined and the theoretical calculationmethod of circular-steel spring’s max clipping space was found out.The feasibilities of the vertical lifting scheme and the max clippingspace’s theoretical calculation method had to be verified byexperiments.Through experiments,the results showed that the baggedmaterials’ vertical lifting was realized by the scheme and the theoreticalcalculation method of circular-steel spring’s max clipping space could meetthe actual requirements.
