The loading process of bagged materials has attracted extensive attention as one of the most important parts of industrial production.At present,there is corresponding bag materials loading devices on the market and have been put into use in some industrial applications,but they cannot operate automatically and then the efficiency is low due to manually loading.Also,during the loading process of some heavy powder and serious pollution industries,the health of the staff is affected heavily.Therefore,in this paper,in order to liberate the labor force and realize completed automation in the loading process in the loading process,a set of intelligentized loading system for bagged materials was designed through in-depth study of the existing bag materials loading mechanism.Two aspects,the mechanical design and measurement system of the intelligent loading system of bagged materials are mainly studied in this paper.The mechanical structure of the system mainly consists of four parts: walking device,blanking gate device,conveying device and pressure supply device,which are all modeled and designed using three-dimensional software SolidWorks.The translation of X,Y and Z in three directions of the blanking gate device and the conveying device can be performed by the ball screw and guide rail mechanism of the walking device.The double door mechanism is adopted in the blanking gate device,which acts as buffer protection in the process of materials loading.The gap between the blanking door and the side of the car is compensated by the swing mechanism of the second door.The transportation,reversing and finishing of bagged materials are realized by the three section swinging type flexible conveying mechanism of the conveying device.Then the motion simulation of the designed mechanism is carried out,and the correctness and rationality of the mechanical structure are verified.In the measurement system,a 3D scanning measurement system integrated with machine vision technology has been built based on two dimensional lidar.The scanning measurement of the car hopper is achieved by establishing communication between the host computer and the system.Then the three-dimensional model of the car is restored using Delaunay triangulation method and the hopper size and position information is extracted by use of the characteristics of the car hopper scanning data.Finally,the GUI control interface of intelligent loading system of bagged materials is designed in MATLAB software to realize intelligent loading operation of the system,which integrates the bucket scan module,data processing module,execution module and system help module.The intelligentized loading system of bagged materials designed in this paper can accurately obtain the bucket size and position information,which is verified by scanning experiments on the car hopper shaped container.And the correctness of the mechanism is proved through the simulation of the three dimensional loading actions.The loading system designed in this paper may replace labor force completely in the existing ones,and then the efficiency,accuracy,intelligence and automation level of loading process are improved and promoted.
