In the stone processing production process, water, as the necessary coolants and lubricants, is needed in a large number. There are many stone powder particles and residual chemical additives in the stone sewage, so it is difficult to achieve the online recycling. According to the sewage flocculent, precipitation, concentration, solid-liquid separation sequence, this subject puts forward a new type of stone of sludge dewatering system for small and medium-sized stone material enterprise, and do some research on the the core equipment and the process.Combining with the actual production, we propose the overall planning of the new stone processing sludge dewatering system equipment, including the pretreatment process module, feed system modules, auxiliary modules and filter body. According to one of Rizhao stone enterprises sewage production status, put forward the main technical indicators and design requirements of the filtration equipment, and make the structural design of the main structure, get its three-dimensional solid model using SolidWorks software. Design the sewage treatment process, based on this equipment, calculate the critical process parameters, such as the addition of flocculant, the design of sedimentation tanks and the stone sludge recycling.Make theory calculations and kinematic analysis about the screw axis to determine the structural parameters and the molding process. Based on this, we have a multi-objective optimization which has two aims:the quality of the lightest and smallest power to get the reasonable structure parameters of the screw axis by matlab software.Build the solid modeling of the static ring.and make a simulation analysis on2mm,3mm and5mm thickness rings, respectively, for the filter different stages of pressure, Impose different constraints and load and get the optimal structural parameters for different work stages of the static ring.
