| With the rapid development of domestic economy,the amount of sewage and sludge discharged is increasing.But the centralized and harmless disposal rate of sludge is only 56%.More than 30% of the sludge is dumped and discharged illegally in open air,which is temporary disposal.Sludge which hasn’t been disposed reasonably contains a large number of heavy metals,pathogens and microorganisms,and it brings great harm to the environment when discharged directly.At present,the sludge production channels are dispersed in our country.There are few enterprises specialized in sludge treatment and disposal,and the scale of these enterprises is small.And the treatment and disposal capacity is insufficient.Mobile sludge disposal technology and equipment are still in the embryonic stage.With the rapid development of sewage and sludge treatment and disposal industry,the design and manufacture of mobile solid-liquid separation and sewage and sludge treatment equipment will have the opportunity to gain a huge market share and profit for environmental protection equipment manufacturing and vehicle integration enterprises.In this paper,sludge dewatering equipment and special vehicles at home and abroad are systematically studied.We have developed a kind of Solid Liquid Separation Vehicle.Through flocculation,filtration and extrusion,the sludge in sewage is physically separated,so that the water content of sludge can be reduced to less than 80%,which meets the requirements of bag transportation and centralized harmless disposal.The separated filtrate can be discharged directly through the underground pipeline system,which greatly reduces the sewage transporting volume and improves the efficiency of sludge treatment and disposal,thus achieving the goal of environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction.In this study,we choosed the best truck-mounted sludge dewatering equipment and the best dewatering process route,and completed the vehicle design,as well as the sludge homogenization lifting system,the pharmaceutical solution preparation system,the pharmaceutical solution pump and pipeline system,the sludge conditioning system,the sludge dewatering system,the subframe and the body of the vehicle,power and control system design,and parts selection and matching,were completed on the basis of the study of the working principle of the vehicle-mounted sludge dewatering and the design principle of the special vehicle.After the completion of research and design,through trial production and test,the vehicle performance can meet the design requirements and achieve relevant standards. |
