| As an important part of the medical supply chain, medical logistics distribution network plays a key role in the actualization of medical supply chain efficiency. Therefore, the research studies on how to construct an efficient and reasonable medical logistics distribution network in the supply chain environment and how to optimize the medical logistics distribution route has an important and practical significance for reducing cost and improving operation efficiency.Based on the collection and the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign relative literatures, along with the analysis of the current situation of the domestic and foreign medical logistics, the problems of the domestic medical logistics distribution network in the environment of the supply chain, combined with the basic topology structure of logistics distribution network and the characteristics of medical logistics, the thesis discussed the issue of the optimization for medical logistics distribution center location, proposed a optimization model of medical logistics distribution center location, and designed a bi-level simulated annealing algorithm for this optimization model.At last, focusing on the optimization for distribution route from medical logistics distribution center to retailers in medical logistics distribution network, considering the features of instant changing demanding information in real life, the thesis emphasized the research study in the dynamic optimization of medicine distribution route based on service time window, and then it proposed the initial optimization model of medical distribution route and the real-time optimization model of medical distribution route. Furthermore, genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model and the practicability and effectiveness of the model are also proved. |
