Forging hydraulic press is an important material basis for research and development, and for the production of various types of machinery and equipment. It’s scope of application include the national economy, national defense industrial and social life. While the giant forging hydraulic press is the strategic equipment which concern about national security and economic development, and its also the basic equipment of the aviation industry. Giant forging hydraulic press activities beam lost in the role of the overturning moment, the equilibrium position, the synchronization system through the provision of corrective torque to suppress the activities of beam tilt, and ultimately the activity level of beam control. The activity level of beam control accuracy directly affects the quality of forging products. An important reference for transformation and improvement of the synchronization system control technology is provided by study on synchronization system of Giant forging hydraulic press.First, the thesis summarizes the development status and trends of the synchronization system of domestic and foreign giant forging hydraulic press, and introduces how the forging hydraulic machine synchronization system works. Those factors affecting the accuracy of the synchronization system are also analyzed. The study show that the control accuracy of the synchronization system is mainly affected by those factors including the difference of the hydraulic control components, the difference of synchronous cylinder institutions, and the junction between the sync cylinders. Based on the discovery, the overflow compensation synchronous control system is designed in the paper to solve the problem that synchronization system pumping station with giant forging hydraulic press tonnage need to correspondingly increase its power levels, energy consumption and controlling difficulty.Use the BP neural network control algorithm to predict the opening of proportional flow control valve of synchronization system. Through the adjustment of the proportional flow valve opening to change the size of the correction torque, and finally realize the horizontal position of the active beam control. The intelligent algorithm was tested in the315KN experimental forging hydraulic press, the experiments show that the design of intelligent algorithms is high precision, good control effect and comply with the design expectations.
