Giant forging hydraulic machine is the key equipment for production of large parts of aerospace, nowadays the national economy has a rapid development, and the the industry increase rapidly, then the people has put forward higher requirements scale, precision and quality of large forgings, giant forging equipment existing function has been unable to meet the urgent needs. Therefore, the research and development of giant die forging hydraulic press has not only become the focus of the heavy machinery industry, but aslo become a national key project.The thesis is to study the system dynamic characteristics and control strategy of giant hydraulic press.At first the synchronization system of giant die forging hydraulic machine working principle and the development status at home and abroad were introduced, then the factors which affect the control precision synchronous system were analyzed, and then established mathematical model of the activity crossbeam and synchronous hydraulic cylinder of synchronization system. From the hydraulic system control requirements, and to determine its PLC control system design solutions to industrial control computer for the host computer, Siemens S7-300series PLC as the next crew.Then genetic algorithm was used to tune PID control parameters in synchronization system to achieve the level of moving beam position control. And improved genetic algorithm, Use of the advantages of adaptive genetic algorithm to compensate for the length of the basic genetic algorithm and parameter coding accuracy contradiction.Adaptive genetic algorithm was applied to PID parameter optimization in giant forging hydraulic machine synchronization system, and tested in the experimental forging hydraulic machine.After the test of intelligent algorithm, the result shows that the intelligent algorithms designed for forging hydraulic machine has high precision and good control effect, which meets the design expectations.
