Hydraulic drifter as an important drill equipment with function of rotary and impact. It is widely used in a large field such as middle strip mine field, rock-engineering, railway, hydroelectricity-engineering, expressway, mine and so on. And it is used to drill the hole of rending in foundation construction, tunnel excavating, quarry, mining and so on. The research of this thesis based on a kind of hydraulic drifter that is controlled by piston back side. A deeply and meticulously research was made to it. The main job is as follow:It summarized the research status and developing trend of hydraulic drifter. And it instructed some main kind of structure shape and work principle. The existing model of linear, non-linear and theory basic in this filed were introduced, meanwhile, the research achievements and some limitations were gained.It created the mathematical models of the hydraulic drifter from the point of view of the hydraulic oil compression by considering some factors, which included leak, viscous friction resistance, hydraulic card tight force, local pressure loss and so on, provided a theory foundation for creating some simulation models by AMESim software. A simulation model on AMESim was created. Comparing the pressure curve and impact curve between simulation and testing in practice, the reliability of model was validated. Basing on the foundation, a series of factors that can influence the working pressure and impact were researched. Character of hydraulic drifter was qualifiedly analyzed, which are input pressure, the mass of piston, impact pressure of accumulator, charge cubage and oil assign value.A new way for hydraulic drifter test was designed, which is acceleration integration. After testing the impact character of SWHD90and comparing the result of test and simulation, the credibility of this testing way was validated.The thesis advanced a suit of effective theory and measure for the hydraulic drifter of back side controlling. It is meaningful to designing and manufacturing the impact mechanism of hydraulic drifter.
