The construction industry is produced inthe process of CO2is also one of the reasons for the increase of greenhouse gases.China is undergoing a massive construction project, which is generated in theproduction process of greenhouse gas metering has yet to begin metric work, at thesame time, most building materials and some of the high energy-consuming products,to carry out the construction of carbon emissions measurement on the industry’senergy efficiency has important meaning.Taking Chengdu Metro Line2first stage project construction process as anexample, from the study of the regional organization boundary and operationalboundaries starting, in the analysis of carbon sources on the basis of determining theconstruction process, construction activities in the carbon emission inventories, andaccording to the different carbon source emission characteristics were identified in aseries of method of measurement, calculated for each source of carbon emissions, theobtained results are as follows:1) The construction industry civil process carbon source is divided into directemission, indirect sources1and indirect2emission sources, measurement model isdivided into mobile source measurement model, material consumption econometricsmodel, life and production of waste water measurement model, measurement modelfour kinds of underground excavation;2) The project area emission sources of energy, raw material and combustionequipment, land use change, waste time, measurement of total CO2emission gross is23776.73T, energy combustion process is the largest CO2emission source, the totaldischarge of67.13%, followed by material loss CO2emission quantity, accounted for the total discharge of22.24%;3) From the single factor carbon emissions measurement process, carbon emissions,is the largest power resource and the living area by the use of bottled liquefiedpetroleum gas, CO2emission equivalent weight respectively8406.38T and6838.25t;4) From the machinery equipment depreciation process, the largest amount ofshield tunnel construction equipment, followed by the lifting device and the segmentmanufacturing and transport equipment, CO2emissions were126.978T,17.30T and13.89t;5) From the project raw material loss measurement process, which is the biggestconcrete emission, followed by cement and steel, CO2emission equivalent values were5782.70T,1415.78T and76.23t.Suggestion:Construction of carbon emission reduction measures, can be derived fromrenewable energy, carbon capture and sequestration, using low carbon and zerocarbon technology sets out, in the government rules and regulations and standardsunder the premise, with financial, financial, tax, price preferential policies as anincentive, at the same time, strengthen the government management and supervision,effective the introduction, digestion and absorption of foreign advanced low carbonand climate technology, promote China construction industry capacity to respond toclimate change, to form the low carbon green construction mode. |
