Greenhouse gas emissions has become the global focus, the carbon emissions ofenergy consumption is one of the focus attention. The manufacturing industry is themain industry of energy consumption and which is one of industries with highercarbon dioxide emissions. The measurement and analysis of carbon dioxide emissionsin the manufacturing industry can provide guidance for enterprises in energy-savingemission reduction. In this paper, the carbon emissions of Huade seiko manufacturingcompany were calculated with the process analysis method and emission factormethod. The main results are as follows:1) the main sources of emissions in the Enterprises are the direct sources ofcarbon emissions and indirect sources of carbon emissions. The list is divided intoenergy, vulcanization, post vulcanization, product testing, product packaging processand related activities.2) On the main factor of production, the maximum of annual carbon emissions ispower, as143500.36Kg; the carbon emissions of the depreciation is the second, as83088.67Kg; the carbon emissions of packaging materials is62175.73Kg, the carbonemissions of them are more than20%in the total carbon emissions. The carbonemissions of Water, coal, equipment depreciation, loss of elements are smaller thanthe carbon emission of power in total emissions.3) On the production process, the maximum carbon emission is the renovationprocess, which is90%in the total emissions. The carbon emissions of the pretreatment process are8701.7Kg.the carbon emissions of other related productionprocess account for a relatively smaller on total carbon emissions.4) The result of carbon emissions in various products show that the carbonemissions of the products of47.7%are in the range of0~50g. The product of maxCarbon emission is189~*180products.5) The products Carbon dioxide emissions per unit of output are less than30g/yuan accounted for about55%. The maximum specifications Carbon dioxideemissions per unit of output is58~*86~*13EL,233.0g/yuan.6) The carbon emissions of various products in each process show that: In thepretreatment process, the carbon dioxide emissions of the34.5%productconcentration in the range0~1g; in a vulcanization process, the carbon dioxideemissions of the40.7%product in the range of0~1g; in post vulcanization process,The carbon dioxide emissions of the61.4%product in the range of0~1g; in therenovation process, the carbon dioxide emissions of the31.2%product in the range of10~50g; in product testing process, the carbon dioxide emissions of the49.4%products mainly in the range of0~0.5g.Suggest:The kind of product in manufacturing industry is many. The carbon emissions ofeach process was measurement can directly reflect the carbon emissions of product inthe process, which provide certain basis for improve product or process optimization.The enterprises can from purchasing, production, packaging, sale, recovery and otheraspects of process management to reduce carbon emissions.
