With the rapid develop of the global oil industry. Drilling and workover processof the oil well in oil exploration, using the traditional manual production methods indrill pipe transmission and racking operations that has labor-intensive, high securityrisks, and the production efficiency is low. With oil drilling technology developmentof deep well, super deep well and ocean well, drilling machinery equipmentautomation become the inevitable trend. Drill pipe racking system as an importantpart of the drilling rig is bound toward the machine automation. During automationdrilling production, the drill pipe automatic discharge system, as the drill pipetransmission and racking operation equipment, to be completed finish delivery anddischarge work of the drill pipe, casing. It can improve the efficiency and security ofthe production of oil drilling, is a important one of the automation modern drillingequipment. In order to improve the drilling and workover production safety, reducedthe drilling operation time, increase drilling efficiency, to achieve automatedmonitoring of production, lay the foundation for automated product rig. Propose aZJ50D land rig drill pipe racking system design.Through research domestic and foreign markets drill pipe racking mechanical,refer to structure and working principle of the offshore drilling platform drill pipeautomatic drainage system. Described structure and working principle of land drillingrigs drill pipe racking equipment. Combined with China’s actual production and R&D status, explore the design of the ZJ50D automatic drill pipe racking system. Bydesign and simulation analysis the structure of the automatic drill pipe racking systemto determine the specific structure of the main components with design andcalculation. The main parts of the structural design include the supporting part, therotary mast parts and the design of the cantilever part.Use modern design theory and methods to establish the mathematical model ofthe drill pipe automatic drainage system. Use3D engineering design softwareSolidworks to virtual design automatic discharge system of the drill pipe, includingthe various parts of the three-dimensional modeling, simulation, assembly andassembly output of the model. Use ANSYS software analysis safety and reliability ofkey components.This paper describes the status of the drill pipe automatic racking systemdevelopment, and outlook the development of drill pipe auto emissions system. Forthe current production status of the domestic oil industry and oil equipmentdevelopment status to discuss the direction of development of the localization of theautomatic drill pipe racking system.
