Endocrine Disruptors (EDs) is a kind of exogenous chemicals that interfere with hormone balance, cause endocrine system disorders and abnormal physiological changes. EDs can affect the endocrine system, impact the tissues and organs, cells and biological macromolecules. Finally, EDs would damage organs, change cell structures and functions, affect contents of biological macromolecules, even disturb the balance of chemicals in cells. There are a great variety of EDs in the environment, and EDs had more widespread and prolonged. If EDs enter the biology, it will extremely impact the organisms. In this study, the carps respectively exposured by estradiol and testosterone, the mixture of estradiol and testosterone, bisphenol A and dibutyl phthalate which appeared frequently in our daily lives. Research of fatty acid composition and changes of the activity of adenylyl cyclase in the membrane of hepatopancreas, gonads and brains, the changes of semi-volatile organic compounds in the cytoplasm of them, and finally discuss mechanism of action of EDs.The results show that, EDs extremely affect semi-volatile organic compounds in membrane and cytoplasm of carp, it could change their compositions and contents.EDs reduced the proportion of unsaturated fatty acids in cell membrane, changed the contents of lots of major fatty acids. Therefore, EDs seriously impacted the structures and functions of cell membrane. These changes were similar to lots of EDs toxic effects. It shows that EDs affect the fatty acids of cell membrane may be one possible way of EDs cause abnormal physiological changes in the biology.EDs could affect the contents of semi-volatile organic compounds in the cytoplasm, it decreased the contents in hepatopancreas and increased the contents in gonads. EDs would cause metabolic disorders and tissue damage, strengthen EDs toxic effects. The extents and trends of changes in enzyme activity of adenylyl cyclase were similar to fatty acids in the cytoplasm. It shows that EDs may impact the enzyme activity of adenylyl cyclase in the cell membrane, then change the contents of fatty acids in the cytoplasm.
