Clothing made of natural cotton fiber fabric has the advantages of moisture, anti-bacterial, anti-UV, but it is easy to wrinkle after immersion in water and easy to shrink. Liquid ammonia treatment can cause cotton fibers to a uniform expansion, improving yarn tensile strength and tear strength. Liquid ammonia treatment for cotton fibers is not only to retain its original advantages but also to significantly improve to its advantages of softness, curly features and easement to dye.Now liquid ammonia treatment equipments, mainly for cotton fabrics, use a continuous non-closed production methods for processing, but its one-time investment is expensive, which is difficult to generally meet the need of small quantities, varieties and investment in lower of the domestic textile industry, especially for pairs of linen fabric; while intermittently closed liquid ammonia modification technology proceeds from processing upstream resources,fiber and yarn, of the textile industry chain, which better improves the performance of natural cotton fiber and yarn,and expands its spinning and the scope,and adapts to the need of the production of high quality of textile and garment enterprises. Considering the liquid ammonia modified complete sets of equipment to be reliable and practical and low-cost used in the actual industrial production lines, this paper aims to design a set of corresponding material automatic conveying system, liquid ammonia modified complete sets of equipment production line material conveying system automation, which can realize the automation of liquid ammonia modified complete sets of equipment production line material conveying system.The paper mainly does the following research:1、Introduced the principle of the cotton fiber modification and the basic process of the modification; according to the design requirements of liquid ammonia modified complete sets of equipment production line material conveying system, described the cotton and linen fibers,which include the hank, flax and cheese to be transported, analyzed the handling activity index. Through the use of methods to improve cotton fiber activity index, put the cotton fibers into the material box for transportation and loading and unloading of materials. In order to meet the technological needs, conduct a detailed analysis on the loading form of the material box.2、According to the actual requirements of material transportation system of liquid ammonia treatment equipment, innovative design about the overall process scheme of the material transportation system based on TRIZ innovation theory has been done. Proposed the overall design plan of material handling system. Under the guidance of the overall design of modular thinking, determined the classification of the transportation system device, the loading and unloading system device and the slewing device. Then carried out a detailed analysis of convergence on the action between the various functional modules, and prepared of the timing of the action of the entire material transportation system, so provided the design basis for the control system of material transportation systems.3、In accordance with Chapter III of the overall design, designed the detailed structure of the material handling system. Finally, for the entire material delivery system, made a motion simulation.4、Described the basic structure and working principle of the PLC; then analyzed components of PLC control system, design principles, design steps, the hardware design and software design of the PLC control system, and laid the foundation for the control system design of material transportation system.
