| Petroleum, as major energy sources, is vital to the strategic development of nationaleconomy. The improvement of techniques on exploiting petroleum and the increase ofpetroleum output are crucial projects to solve the energy crisis. As the world’s energyproblems are being prominent, developing new pumping unit to meet the demand for oilfieldhas become a major concern. It’s imminent to achieve the low energy cost of the pumpingunit and lower production costs, gradually replacing the beam pumping unit by applying newtechnologies.In this study, simple change direction mechanism of traction wheel for Motor does notchange and stroke adjust device that was developed by in situ parameters and conditions. Theholistic design of novel the sea pumping unit was completed by applying Hydraulic couplingto eliminate impact and synchronization device to eliminate noises and adjustable balanceweight rail integrated truss column which is suitable for large-stroke.The dynamic model of the new pumpling machine was described in detail combinedwith conventional pumping theory. The change system and dynamic device was investigatedrespectively. Traction balance system and traction were analyzed and calculated. Whendeducing the conventional balance equation, the impact of the stroke was analyzed as the loadchanges. It was pointed out that the adjustable counterweight is the optimized way to adaptload of oil well. By calculating the traction of new pumping machine, it is indicated thattraction can meet the requirements when emergency or mutation happened. The consolidationof the rope was discussed primarily and that the Wedge cone type Perfusion Babbit Alloyconnector is the most reliable.As the working conditions are execrable, the analysis on the stability of main structureand wind stability is required. By calculating, the maximum stress and maximumdisplacement were taken place in the front of the column. The structure showed good windstability.As science and technology is developing constantly, energy issues become more urgent.When looking for new sources, energy saving is the most effective way currently. |
