| The drilling and boring of holes is a common basic operation in the field of machining and manufacturing.Multi-hole adjustable drilling and boring head is a machine tool accessory to realize multi-hole machining in one feed,which can realize stepless adjustment of machining hole distance within the design range,and can greatly improve the productivity of machining multi-hole parts when used with common drilling and boring machines.(1)Based on Z3035 B rocker drilling machine,the basic design parameters of the multi-hole adjustable drilling and boring power head were determined,the overall design of the power head was drawn up,and the whole machine and the parts were modeled in 3D using Solidworks.The ANSYS Workbench platform was used to perform finite element static and transient dynamics analysis of the main components to verify the reliability and design rationality of the structure.(2)The working conditions of the hydraulic distance adjustment system were analyzed,and the design requirements and basic parameters of the distance adjustment hydraulic system were determined.And according to the power head pitching action sequence and basic functions to draw the hydraulic system working principle diagram,establish the component action sequence table.The size of the hydraulic system actuating hydraulic cylinders was determined and the specification parameters of the other main components of the system were determined.(3)According to the working principle of hydraulic system,the mathematical model of electro-hydraulic proportional control of asymmetric valve-controlled asymmetric cylinder is established.The transfer function of the pitch control system is derived by combining the mathematical model of each component,and the stability of the system is verified with the help of Bode diagram in Simulink.Introducing a PID controller and building a simulation model in Simulink,according to the simulation,it can be seen that the speed and accuracy of this system have been significantly improved by the PID controller.(4)The simulation models of Amesim and Simulink hydraulic pitch system were established respectively,the joint simulation parameters were configured,the joint simulation environment was built,and the joint electro-hydraulic simulation of the hydraulic pitch system was carried out.According to the analysis of the piston rod displacement and displacement tracking error based on the simulation results,it can be seen that the control system can meet the working requirements of the multi-hole adjustable drilling and boring power head hydraulic distance adjustment system.In summary,this project has completed the design of multi-hole adjustable drilling and boring power head structure and the design of hydraulic distance adjustment system.The feasibility of the structural design is verified by combining static and dynamic analysis,and the stability of the control system is verified by using electro-hydraulic joint simulation.The article provides a theoretical basis for practical engineering applications and can be used as a reference for related designs. |
