Oilfield drilling operation training needs multiple types of construction workerscollaborative cooperate to finish drilling construction operation more efficiently andprofessionally. The use of computer simulation training for oilfield employees is of greatsignificance.At present, the most advanced framework of the simulation system is high-levelarchitecture(High Level Architecture),which uses object-oriented thinking, and effectivelysolves the compatibility problems of the traditional simulation often appears: reusability andsimulation interoperability. Therefore, the HLA is set for today’s simulation technologystandards. In view of the demand of oilfield drilling operation simulation tasks, this paperstudies the key technologies of distributed drilling construction simulation based on HLA.The paper analyses the situation of application of process modeling methods. Accordingto the functional requirements and construction characteristics of the distributed constructionsimulation training process modeling, studies the working principle and implementation offinite state machines. According to the construction training ordered and the selectivity of thetraining of key processes, the expansion of finite state machine based on the layered is putforward, and designs the process model of drilling construction simulation operation. It canmakes the collaborative operation of tasks implement effectively and achieves fast-forwardand back of simulation training, meanwhile the trainees can also conduct special training forpriority action by the model.Through the analysis of several areas matching strategy, DDM which is filter technologyof HLA was studied. a more efficient search method of interval tree data area matched isimproved, at the same time, the matching algorithm is applied to a distributed oilfield drillingsimulation training.The overall framework of distributed drilling construction simulation training system forthe HLA system is designed by using the software framework program idea and demand foroilfield drilling simulation task in this paper, and the corresponding federal members ofdrilling are divided. The corresponding management modules and interface modules aredesigned according to the function demand of members. By the study of the key technology inthe visual modeling software3DS MAX, the well field models,character models andconstruction equipment models are established, meanwhlie the compatible model of HLA andVirtools SDK is designed according to the component technology. The function tests of distributed drilling construction simulation system based on HLAare taken by using the above research results. Finally through the tests show that trainees canrealize people coordination with the operating and have a good effect through distributedoperations training environment which one person in the loop.
