Various types of pipeline damage and failure had great influence on safety of productionand social life. All kinds of pipelines break would happen when the pipelines collapsed underthe earthquake. Strong earthquake impact lead to pipeline failure is not suspected. TheEarthquake which is rare and weak keeps happening. Xinjiang is the place which earthquakehappened a lot. This project is aimed at researching the influence of weak earthquake on thepipe expansion and the mechanism of injury with fracture mechanics related theory, making asum of the bigger stress areas of the pipe. Find out the proper math modeling and computersimulation to provide valuable data basis for all kinds of pipe breaking research or pipestructure optimizing.This research has been completed modeling and stress analysis on straight pipe, bendingpipe, T-pipes and the pipeline under seismic wave in low frequency under impact loading,finding out the biggest parts of the pipe stress and the reason of leading to stress concentration,providing the basic basis for the research of the Fatigue crack.
