With the improvement of the quality of life and living environment, wood door has become an indispensable furniture in modern life, and wood door industry is increasingly showing personalized, artistic and scale. Processing mounting holes of locks, hinges and other door hardware in wood door is an important process of production, but also a difficulty for mechanization and automation in the production of the wood door. Traditional, mounting holes of locks, hinges and other door hardware in wood door is processed in engraving and milling machine, drilling machine and other equipment to complete step by step. It is low efficiency, complex operation and low precision, could not meet the requirements of high quality wood door. In this case, a practical new processing equipment for mounting holes of doors locks, hinges and other door hardware in wood door is particularly important.Based on the structure and function analysis of the existing equipment processing mounting holes of doors locks, hinges and other door hardware in wood door, and the deeper research of characteristics of the slot and hole, this paper proposed and validated the use of rotary table to overcome the position of the slot and hole distribution dispersed, to overcome the power of this kind of processing equipment concentrated, to overcome low efficiency caused by the handling time.On the basis of theoretical research, this article worked over the overall layout design, rotary table design, cutting system design, bed design of the machining equipment with rotary table for installation slot and hole for hardware in wood door, to enable achieve all processing of the hardware installation holes, even the wooden surface decorative groove by a minimal number of spindle with one-time clamping of the wood door.In addition, the finite element analysis and solution was carried on Longmen beam of key component on this machine tool. After the study and solve for static and modal, they were obtained and analyzed, containing stress, displacement, the natural frequency and vibration mode of the gantry beam, to verify the feasibility of the design. The motion model of specialized milling machine in polar coordinate for rotary products was established in Pro/E environment, and motion simulation of the model was analyzed, which provide guidance for the design to improve and perfect; on the basis of bare equipment, modeling design was carried on the machine tool, which could improve the machine aesthetic appearance and product quality, and effectively promote the market of the products.The design and research of this article have provided a new idea for processing installation slot and hole for doors locks, hinges and other door hardware in wood door and formed a new technology in the furniture manufacturing machinery. The use of rotary table to realize the processing of the slot and hole in wood door, the concentration of processing capacity, high processing efficiency, wide processing range, which has great market space and economic benefits.
