With the rapid development of China’s oil refining, petrochemical, chemical processingand transportation industries, the demands for volatile fluid medium mount up gradually.Carried out the research of vaporization medium vapor recovery system which can reduce theoil loss and benefits the economic and society.In this paper, numerical simulation was used to study the effects of oil, pipeline,temperature on vapor recovery. We found that temperature has an important influence forvolatile medium’s vaporization. Then using independent component analysis method toidentify the vapor mass in the oil and gas two-phase flow of the refueling system. Andstudying the oil and gas separation capacity of fuel dispenser’s separator by using spectrumanalysis method. We found that the separation capacity is sufficient to separate the oil and gaswhich were generated by the pumping process.The vapor-liquid ratio of vapor recovery is closely related to the pipeline, oil,temperature and pressure condition of transport process. However, almost all vapor recoverysystem products are only take the1:1vapor-liquid ratio, regardless of working conditions.This is unreasonable.Against to shortage of the common vapor recovery system, this thesis creatively design anew vapor recovery system that based on the temperature and flow signals. The vapor-liquidratio of that system can change with the environmental temperature.We researched pumping performance of vapor recovery system, and designed its controlmodel, figured out the relationship of output frequency with the temperature and flow rate.On the one hand, as to the hardware, built a gas concentration detection device and a vaporrecovery system which is based on DSP. On the other hand, as to the software, the platform isbased on the DSP developing software CCS2.2, and built algorithm of the signal acquirementand data processing. Researched how gas concentration of the tank change with theenvironmental temperature and flow rate of refueling. We figured out the relationship ofvapor-liquid ratio with the environmental temperature, and achieved the adaptive regulationof vapor recover ratio, completed the design of new vapor recovery system.
