The State Council printed and distributed made in China 2025,proposing to adhere to the basic principles of green development and structural optimization.Under the current environment of our country,coal enterprises should combine the current situation of development to seek more sustainable,efficient and green development.Mine ventilation is the top priority of safety production in coal mine enterprises.As a large-scale high energy consumption equipment,the mine ventilator is in a low efficiency operation state for a long time.With the upgrading of mining equipment,the mining goes deep,the underground ventilation system is becoming more and more complex,and the mine ventilator often appears surge and other problems.In order to change the current situation,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign mine ventilation technology and the summary of some commonly used speed regulation methods,this paper takes the variable pressure and variable frequency speed regulation model of Dongfeng mine fan in Yangzhuang Coal Mine as the research object,and adopts the adaptive fuzzy PID controller to realize the automatic regulation of mine ventilation,so that the fan can operate stably and improve the working efficiency.The asynchronous motor of fan is a multivariable system,so it is difficult to build the same mathematical model in the computer simulation software.In order to solve this problem,the three-phase static coordinate system is transformed into two-phase static coordinate system,and then the mathematical model of asynchronous motor in two-phase rotating coordinate system is derived.A unified fast modulation SVPWM algorithm is proposed to solve the problem that the two-level SVPWM algorithm needs to go through multiple steps such as sector judgment,table lookup and time calculation.The algorithm can directly calculate the switching time of the three-phase bridge arm,simplify the complexity of the algorithm and improve the operation efficiency.The simulation of the unified fast algorithm in MATLAB software shows that the waveform of the SVPWM algorithm based on the unified fast algorithm is the same as that of the traditional SVPWM algorithm.When applied to the two-level inverter,the unified fast algorithm has less computation and achieves the effect of the traditional SVPWM algorithm.Through the simulation of the mathematical model abstracted from the research object,the established model realizes the precise decoupling of torque component and stator current excitation component in the simulation process,and realizes the transformation of complex nonlinear problems into linear problems.This paper analyzes the principle of adaptive fuzzy PID control.Through the technology of coordinate change and voltage space vector,the model of variable frequency speed regulation of induction motor with vector control is built by MATLAB software.In this model,the design simulation of PID controller,fuzzy controller and adaptive fuzzy PID controller are carried out respectively.The PID control structure is simple,robust and adaptive.However,the parameter setting is too complicated,which often leads to poor setting and performance.Fuzzy control is suitable for nonlinear,time-varying,time-delay,model incomplete systems,does not depend on the precise mathematical model of the controlled object,and has good robustness,adaptability and fault tolerance.The self-adaptive fuzzy PID control combines the advantages of both of them.It does not depend on the precise mathematical model of the controlled object,nor does it have the problem of difficult parameter adjustment.It can improve the dynamic performance of the time-delay system.Finally,the fan frequency conversion speed control system designed in this paper is applied to the actual site of Yangzhuang coal mine,the ventilation status of Yangzhuang coal mine is analyzed,the required air volume of the fully mechanized working face is calculated and the required ventilation volume of the whole mine is counted.According to the required ventilation volume and negative pressure value,the fan characteristic points are drawn and the fan selection is calculated.By using programmable control technology,configuration technology and sensor technology,a monitoring and control system of fan running state is designed,which is based on Siemens S7-400 H series PLC as the core controller and is built in the way of hardware redundancy.The system collects the air volume,negative pressure and other data to PLC through the installed sensors,processes according to the designed control model,and transmits the frequency data to the frequency converter,and then controls the fan motor to realize the automatic adjustment of air volume.At the same time,through the communication between PLC and upper computer,all kinds of data collected in real time are uploaded to the upper computer,and the control key set by the upper computer controls the whole system.The experimental results show that the system has fast response,excellent steady-state performance,anti-interference ability and can meet the actual control requirements.There are 47 figures,6 tables and 76 references in this paper.
